Yin yoga is a mindful and slow practice which supports you to connect with yourself intimately. Postures accompanied by deep rhythmic breath can help you unwind stress and any physical tension you might feel in your body. Most postures are seated or lying down and props are sometimes used to support you in a variety of ways. Any and every body can enjoy a yin practice and receive the benefits of practicing, like creating more space in the body, releasing stress, creating a loving connection with yourself and soothing your nervous system. Postures can be modified and adapted based on your needs. We can’t wait to welcome you to this beautiful class, the perfect way to begin your week with intention and care.


I ask everyone to bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you wish. Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfy clothes. After your relaxing class we welcome you to join our Red Tent Social Circle... please book here;
